Hammock Yoga Classes in Pendik
Practised with the support of gravity, hammock yoga increases flexibility while helping the spine decompress and the body move more freely. A genuinely restorative experience — both physically and mentally.

What Is Hammock Yoga?
Hammock yoga — internationally known as aerial yoga or anti-gravity yoga — is practised on soft fabric hammocks fixed to the ceiling. The hammock carries part of your body weight, letting you safely experience gravity-reduced versions of classic yoga postures.
With this support, pressure on the spine decreases, inversions become accessible without strain, and flexibility work becomes far more approachable.
The Benefits
Regular practice supports spinal decompression, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Hammock-supported openings and inversions help release the tension that builds in the spine and shoulders after long desk days.
Beyond the physical work, the breathing and relaxation section at the end of class leaves a deep sense of rest — many of our members describe hammock yoga as the most enjoyable break of their week.
How Classes Work
Classes begin with a warm-up, continue with hammock-supported postures, strength and flexibility work, and finish with breathing and relaxation. All equipment is provided by the studio.
Like our reformer classes, hammock yoga runs in small groups under expert instruction — every participant's form is closely followed.
Who Can Join?
No previous yoga experience is required; postures are adapted to your level. In some situations — pregnancy, blood pressure conditions, vertigo, recent surgery — hammock yoga may not be recommended. Please share any such condition with us before registering, and consult your doctor where needed.
