Pro Studio is more than a studio — it's an education centre where the next generation of pilates instructors is trained. Academy programs are led by our founder, CPT Burcu Özbayrak.
Why Pro Studio Academy?
Our programs are shaped by the experience of founder Burcu Özbayrak: 14+ years in the field, Balanced Body's 488-hour comprehensive education, and the Turkish Gymnastics Federation Level 2 Coaching certificate.
We value practice as much as theory: trainee instructors gain experience through observation and assisting in real classes. The assistant and trainee instructors working alongside the moderator in our studio classes are this approach in action.
Our Approach
A good instructor doesn't just demonstrate movement — they see it. Alongside anatomy and movement knowledge, our education emphasises posture analysis, member tracking, precise verbal cueing and class management. The aim is to train instructors who can read the body in front of them, not recite memorised sequences.
Pro Studio's studio practice since 2016 is the academy's greatest advantage: everything you learn is tested with real members, in real classes.
Observation, Assisting and Mentorship
In our classes, assistant instructors and trainees work alongside a moderator instructor. The model works both ways: members benefit from the attention of multiple instructors, while trainees gain classroom experience under expert supervision.
You won't be alone after the education either; our team pursues regular professional development, and academy graduates are natural candidates for our team.

Anyone aiming for a career in pilates instruction or movement education. A sports or movement background helps but is not required — message us and we'll guide you on the right starting point.

Yes — practice is at the heart of our approach. Trainee instructors observe and assist in real classes at the studio, gaining experience under the supervision of senior instructors.
