Reformer Pilates Classes in Pendik
Led by expert instructors, our reformer pilates classes offer a complete movement experience that develops strength, flexibility, balance and posture. We combine reformer equipment with mat work for a more effective, functional workout.

What Is Reformer Pilates?
The reformer is a specialised pilates apparatus built around a gliding carriage and adjustable springs. Spring resistance builds muscular strength while keeping joint load under control. Compared to mat pilates it offers more resistance options and a far wider movement repertoire, which makes it adaptable to every level.
Practised regularly, it works the deep core, back and the muscles surrounding the spine in a balanced way — improving posture, muscle tone and the ease of everyday movement.
How Classes Work at Pro Studio
Our studio has 12 reformer stations and every member works on their own machine. Each class is led by a moderator instructor together with an assistant instructor — your movement is closely followed and corrections happen in real time.
Before you start, we assess your posture, movement habits and needs. This assessment is what allows us to personalise your guidance even inside a group class — it is the difference that defines Pro Studio.
Group, Duo and Private Options
You can join reformer classes in a group format, or choose duo (two-person) and private one-to-one sessions for closer attention. We decide together which format suits you after your assessment.
Most group classes are women-only. Our mixed classes for men and women run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 PM — please contact us for the current schedule.
Who Is It For?
Reformer pilates suits a wide range of people: complete beginners, regular exercisers, desk workers, and anyone wanting to improve their posture. Spring resistance and exercise selection are personalised to your level and goals.
For members with sensitivity in the lower back, neck or knees, the program is adapted after assessment — and where needed, in line with a doctor's guidance.
