I've never done pilates before. Can I start?

Absolutely. No previous experience is required. Our instructors assess your level and needs, and guide you accordingly.

How many people are in a class?

Our studio has 12 reformer stations and every member works on their own machine. Each class is led by a moderator instructor with an assistant instructor, so your movement is closely followed throughout.

Is there an assessment before the first class?

Yes. Before you start, we assess your posture, movement habits and needs, so your program can be planned correctly from day one.

Can I do pilates during pregnancy?

With your doctor's approval, you can join classes planned specifically for pregnancy. Programs are prepared around the needs of mothers-to-be.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sportswear that lets you move freely is enough. Grip socks are recommended.

How many days a week should I practise?

It depends on your goals, but 2-3 classes per week is recommended for steady progress.

Can men join?

Yes. Our mixed group classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 PM, and private sessions are always available. Contact us for the current schedule.

How do I book a class?

Simply message us on WhatsApp or call the studio. Our team will help you plan the days and times that suit you best.

Do you speak English?

Yes — our team is happy to welcome international members. Feel free to write to us in English on WhatsApp.
