How Sessions Work
Programs are personalised to your age, condition and goals. Sessions use body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells and functional equipment — starting with a warm-up and movement preparation, finishing with a cool-down.
Before starting, your movement habits and any health history are assessed, and exercises are adapted to your needs.
